Nicky founded Nicky Grist Motorsports Ltd in 1995, whilst he was co-driving for Juha Kankkunen in the Toyota Castrol Team Celica GT-Four. By 2006, the business had become the UK importer of Stilo helmets and intercoms, as Nicky developed the retail and wholesale supply of top-level motorsport safety equipment to professional, amateur and clubman competitors.
